Re New Markets, the alternative risk transfer division of Swiss Re. Tom began his career with McKinsey & Company, ultimately becoming the Global Head, Risk Management Practice. Tom received his BSc in Business
Administration from U. C. Berkeley and his PhD. in Economics from Stanford University. He has written extensively on risk managment issues.
