Sid Browne is Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Quantitative Strategies of Brevan Howard US Asset Management. Previously, he was at Goldman Sachs where he was most recently the Head of Quantitative Analysis in GSAM Alternative Assets, and before that headed the quantitative modeling group in the Firmwide Risk Management Department. He was a tenured full professor at Columbia Graduate School of Business, was a member of the Standard & Poor's Council of Academic Advisors, and serves on the Academic board of Rutgers Quantitative Finance Program and the EDHEC Business School Program in Asset Management.
